Athletes with Attitude Sunshine Coast (AWA) is a locally owned and operated family business located right in the heart of Nambour. Specialising in nutritional supplementation for the average gym go-er to elite athlete levels. AWA's passion is to encourage the local community to develop a healthy lifestyle change.
AWA has just complete it's very first 13 week challenge which saw 30 participants encouraged by the team at AWA to take the leap into feeling good, eating better and getting active! The goal was to show that even the smallest change, is a good change. AWA organised nutritional workshops, multiple weekly bootcamps with the help of local personal trainers, bi-weekly 'weigh-ins' and even team building field trips to Mt Ngungun all with the aim of showing the being fit can be fun!
The challenge was incredibly rewarding to the participants. So much so, the demand from the local community has lead to the team at AWA planning a second challenge, slated to start Feb 2016.
