JascasFit_Activewear: How Do You Start Your Day?

Are you an early bird? Or maybe you are the type of hit snooze six times before you finally roll out of bed? The awesome thing is every day, you can actively control your outlook and attitude. Just one simple change on how you start your day can make a huge difference to the way your day goes or at least the way you see the things that happen in your day. 

We have all heard people talk about getting out of bed and do exercise. You know walk, gym, run or something and I have to agree exercise is an awesome way to start your day. But what I am talking about is what do you listen to when you get in your car on the way to work or when you sit in front of your computer in the morning. What gets you motivated to start the day right? To get in the right headspace for a happy and productive day? You have the ability to chose your attitude everyday! 

Make the choice to put something inspiring on, a motivational video from youtube or a song in your car that puts in an inspired mood, not the full Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar tapes, something that is short, sharp and gets you in the mood to take on the world.  Something that lifts your mood even when you are flat (yes we all have those days), especially on these days you must commit to listening as these are the days when you need it most.

Unsure where to start? Go to YouTube and type in "motivationalgrid", select one of the videos and find one that inspires you.

This one little thing can make a huge difference! Our challenge to you, find something that inspires you and watch or listen to it every day for 2 weeks. In no time at all you will see how it can change your day and life to see the world from a different point of view.
